International Film Studies Conference
Since 1992, an internationally renowned meeting in the field of media and film studies.

Active from 26 years now, the FilmForum International Film Studies Conference is one of of the most internationally renowned film and media studies meeting in Europe, developed in collaboration with some important European and American Universities and cultural institutions (Grafics Montreal, Hamburg CineGraph and Cinefest, Universities of Paris III, Amsterdam, Malta, Postdam, Pompeu Fabra Barcelona, Université du Québec à Montréal, Universität für angewandte Kunst Wien, Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main). 

In 2019 the conference will take place in the facilities of the Udine University at Gorizia, between March 21st and 23rd.  See the call for papers for the upcoming edition and the previous ones below.
